Welcome to KNK Distributions LLC. By conducting business with us, you agree to the following terms and policies. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, protect all parties, and maintain the integrity of our wholesale operations.
1. General Terms of Sale
- All sales are final. No returns or refunds unless agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
- All inventory is sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment must be made in full before shipment unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- ACH
- Wire Transfer
- Zelle
- Credit Card (processing fees may apply) after established Business Relationship.
- All invoices are due immediately upon receipt, unless alternative payment terms are explicitly provided.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
- We will do everything to adhere to the lead times provided, but KNK Distributions LLC will not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight providers, or external circumstances.
- KNK Distributions LLC is not liable for carrier delays, damages, or losses once inventory leaves the facility.
- Tracking information will be provided once shipments are dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for all freight, customs, and duties, unless otherwise noted.
4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- All products are subject to stated MOQs. Orders below the MOQ may be declined or subject to a surcharge.
5. Condition of Goods
- Unless otherwise noted, products are new, shelf-pull, or closeout merchandise.
- All products are inspected prior to shipment for accuracy and condition.
- In cases of liquidation or closeout inventory, minor packaging damage or outdated branding may be present and does not qualify for return.
6. Returns & Disputes
- KNK Distributions LLC does not accept returns unless the product delivered differs from what was agreed upon in writing.
- Any dispute must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
- Disputes reported after this window may not be honored.
7. Documentation & Compliance
- Any request for brand authorization letters, invoices, or documentation must be made prior to purchase.
- Not all products come with manufacturer or brand documentation. Buyer assumes responsibility for product resale and compliance.
8. Confidentiality
- All product pricing, sourcing, and deal information is confidential and may not be disclosed publicly or shared with third parties without written consent.
9. Buyer Responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer confirms they:
- Are authorized to purchase for resale purposes.
- Have conducted their own due diligence regarding products, compliance, and resale platforms.
- Accept full responsibility for resale outcomes and platform compliance.
